Lifetime Warranty

Here at Solace Bands we put high-quality design and the longest-lasting materials first. We warrant that our products are free from defects in material and manufacturing under normal use for the lifespan of the product. Our Lifetime Warranty covers products currently in production and sold by our brand starting on 8/9/23.

What is not covered in the Warranty?
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect or shock; improper use or storage of the product; or unauthorized modifications and repairs. Products that were not purchased from our store or from an authorized reseller are not covered under the warranty. If a product is discontinued, the Lifetime Warranty is no longer applicable from the date of discontinuation.
While we stand behind the quality of everything we make, we are unable to offer a Lifetime Warranty on discontinued products because of the potential difficulty in sourcing parts or providing suitable replacements.

How do I submit a Warranty Claim?
To open a claim, send us a photo or a video of the defective band for review by email to solacebandswatch@gmail.com. Please add your order number to the Subject line of the email. If the claim is approved, you will receive a free replacement band. To receive the replacement the customer must cover the cost of shipping and handling.
