Returns And Exchanges

If you are not fully happy with what you ordered, our team is here to help you find the right solution. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, with a small processing fee applied. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds go back to your original payment method or can be issued as store credit.

Please note: Mystery Loops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Make a Return

1. Grab your order details Look at your box or your confirmation email for your six (6) digit order number, and keep the zip code and email address used on the order handy.
2. Start your return Go to our returns portal: Returns & Exchanges portal and follow the quick prompts to get everything set up.
3. Send it back Use the prepaid shipping label to send your item(s) back in their original packaging. Need another label? You can reprint one right in the portal.
4. We’ll keep you updated You will get email updates while your return is being processed. Most online returns are finished within 1–2 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. Returns sent in with the in-box form can take 10–14 days.
